Silver Sneakers: Stay Safe, Stay Home Kits

The Family YMCA is dedicated to keeping you safe during this global pandemic.  We are offering Silver Sneakers participants a “Stay Home, Stay Safe Kit”. The kits are available “at-cost” for $25 each and will include an exercise band, a ball, and a TheraBand and delivery to your home. Next order TBA. All of our Y’s virtual Silver Sneakers classes will be using these items.  We hope to have your favorite instructor back teaching your Silver Sneakers class in May.
