1. Firecracker 5K Fun Run, July 4
   Registration is open for the YMCA's Firecracker 5K Fun Run to be held on Saturday, July 4. The race costs $12 per person through July 2, and $20 per person on July 3 and 4. Male and female divisions and several age categories are offered; walkers are also welcome but there is not a separate walk division. Shirts will be given to the first 130 entrants. All participants are eligible for prizes in this lottery-drawing format. People who have signed a liability with us may register on-line, and others may register at the YMCA.    After the race, participants are asked to complete a brief electronic evaluation.
