You Belong At The YMCA

Adapting healthy habits has never been more important than now. The YMCA is here to help. Have fun getting fit! Look forward to high energy fun when you attend a Y Group Exercise class. Whether joining for fitness, to socialize or to try something new, the Y and its supportive staff are dedicated to helping you reach your goals.

You are not required to sign a yearly contract at the YMCA and you may cancel your membership with written notice prior to the end of the month in order to avoid charges for the next month.

Membership Rates & Types

Youth	13 - 18 yrs old	$29.00
Young Adult	19 - 25 yrs old	$39.00

*There is a one-time Join Fee of $50.00 for adult & family membership. All prices are subject to change.

Some restrictions may apply to Family of 2 and Family of 3+ memberships, please see Welcome Center desk for more information.

Upon joining the Y, the Join Fee and first month's payment are due, prorated based on the date you join. You membership dues can be paid in one of three ways:

Monthly: Automatically pay electronically through your checking account or credit card.
Annual: Pay for an entire year by cash, check or credit card and receive a 5% discount.
6 Months: Pay for 6 months at a time by cash, check or credit card.

Financial aid is available to qualifying individuals/families - Financial Assistance Application thanks to our Annual Campaign.

Important Note: Financial Aid is available for qualifying applicants which is based on household income. Please download the simple application form. We will not turn anyone away due to inability to pay program or membership fees.

Facilities

Y Express & Cycling Studio, 140 Central Park Square

Per our Child Protection Policy, anyone who’s not a Current Active Member, with a Temporary or Recurring Membership, MUST show Photo ID in order to use the Facility.

Quality Child Care

Members receive special rates on after school, summer camp and other programs for children. We also provide quality child care while you're working out or participating in other YMCA activities with a family membership.

Wellness and Fitness Classes

With your membership, you can choose from many free exercise classes geared toward the beginner to the fitness enthusiast. Our Y offers aerobics, zumba, stretching, yoga, PiYo, cycling and many other group exercise classes all taught in a fun, welcoming environment.

Strength and Cardio Equipment

Our main Y and Y Express have a variety of strength and cardio equipment for members. Whether you prefer running on a treadmill, cycling beside a friend, reading while on an elliptical trainer, lifting free weights or using strength training machines, you can do it at the Y.

Fitness Orientations and Personal Training

Our Wellness staff, along with certified personal trainers, are available to help you design a fitness program that meets your individual needs. With your membership comes two free fitness orientations--sign up at the Welcome Center.

Your Y is Every Y

Nationwide Membership: Nationwide Membership enables you to utilize any participating YMCA in the United States, at no extra charge, through your membership at your "home" YMCA (your home Y is the local association that enrolled you as a member and collects your membership dues). We offer this because we want to help you reach your health and wellness goals wherever you live, work or travel. This is an essential part of our mission to strengthen communities. *We do not offer all amenities nationwide members such as: discounts on program sign ups, guest pass privileges, and child watch.

Just Visting?

We offer day passes, showers and towel rentals.
Day Passes are $10/Visit per person for 19+, $6/Visit per person for 13-18, and $3/Visit per person for 12 & under
Showers are $5/Visit per person
Towel Rentals are 1 piece of collateral (Keys or ID) per towel
