I have an injury and have aleady had Physical Therapy or been cleard by a doctor, how should I get back in exercise?
Orientations are 60 minutes, both may be done back together back to back if requested. Spend your two sessions however you'd like, it is your chance to ask fitness professionals anything you would like! We are always happen to do research within our scope of practice should we not immediatley know the answer
