Our mission is simple. Strengthen our community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. As a nonprofit organization, we work to ensure everyone has access to programs that help them grow, connect, and thrive.
At The Family YMCA, community shows up in action every day. Kids build confidence through sports and afterschool programs. Teens develop leadership skills, gain job experience, and discover their potential through volunteer opportunities. Families find support through summer camps and youth development programs. Adults and seniors strengthen their health through fitness, recreation, and connection.
Because of the generosity of our community, these opportunities remain accessible to everyone. Nearly half of the people we serve participate in youth development and family programs beyond traditional health memberships. This expands opportunity for families across Los Alamos and Española.
These programs show how the YMCA strengthens our community every day through youth development, healthy living, and opportunities for people to connect and grow.
