NEW! Coming Summer of 2026!

Age Divisions Offered in 2026: 10-12 Co-Ed and Girls 12-17

The YMCA is excited to offer NFL FLAG Football for 10-12 year old co-ed athletes as well as a dedicated girls division for ages 12–17. This fast-paced, non-contact league focuses on skill development, teamwork, and fun in a safe, supportive environment. Players of all experience levels are welcome to learn the game, build confidence, and enjoy the excitement of football—YMCA style.
 

Summer 2026 YMCA NFL Flag Football 

Register: April 10 - May 24, 2026
Season: June 8 - July 31, 2026
Fees: $150 / $120 for Y Members
***Jerseys and flags will be provided for each athlete; however, a mouthguard must be purchased separately.

Coaches Needed! Volunteer Coaches are essential to the program's success!

All program participants must have a parent/guardian sign all necessary waivers before participating.

Program payment policy: Payment upon registration is required, no refunds, credits will be given on a case to case basis.
