We currently employ 18 full-time staff, over 100 part-time staff and up to 75 seasonal staff during the summer. Opportunities range from entry level to professional.

Membership

WCR- FT or PT 25-40 hours per week Opening shift (5:15AM) M-F

Child Watch Attendant for AM Shift ($15/hr) PT week days (Your own children can come with you to work)

Child Watch Attendant for PM Shift ($15/Hr) PT week day evenings (Your own children can come with you to work) 

After School Program 2024-2025 School Year

Assistant Site Directors - PT ($17.00/hr) Must be at least 18 years old 

After-School Site Director ($18.50/hr) PT M-F 30 hrs/wk - includes benefits must be at least 21 years old

After School Counselors- $14-$15 hr must be at least 15 years old (work permit if under 16 is required)

Climbing Wall

Climbing Wall Monitor/Setter ($15-$17/hr) PT 

Climbing Wall Instructor ($18-$20/hr) PT

Sports

Youth Basketball Refferee- Temporary PT $14.00/hr

 

Wellness

Personal Trainers $20-$30/hr PT Schedule varies 

Red Cross Babysitting Course Instructor- PT Schedule Varies 

 

Maintenace 

Custodian FT or PT - weekends are required ($14-$15.50 DOE)
