Also known as walking meditation, this slow, graceful and rhythmic aerobic workout promotes good health, balance, relaxation, serenity. Those considering registering for Tai Chi are welcome to observe a class. Interested students may leave a message for the instructor at the Y Front Desk and she will return their call.
