Live and Virtual Classes

FITNESS CLASSES ARE BACK 

Here's the procedure to attend the live, in-person classes:

  • Wear a mask and check-in at the Main Y on Iris Street about 10 minutes before class begins to have your temperature taken, get checked in, and to receive your class pass.
  • If you need to change clothes, you may do so at the main Y; not available at the Express.
  • Bring your water bottle, we have water filling stations.
  • Bring your own exercise and yoga mats as we won't have any for use.
  • Classes will be held at the Y Express, doors open 10 minutes prior to class starting and close 5 minutes after class begins (no late arrivals).
  • We will use the outdoor lawn and courtyard as often as weather and lighting allow so dress appropriately.
  • If class is held inside, the floors are marked to ensure adequate spacing.
  • Reservations are not required now, but classes size are limited.
  • SATURDAY FITNESS CLASSES CHECK-IN AT Y EXPRESS

​Staff will be wiping down all equipment before and after each class, and hand sanitizer is also available on site for our members.
